Challenge: The local tea society had an influx of new members. They could identify different types of tea, however, were unaware of the necessary steps in order to brew a cup of loose tea the 'proper' way.
Solution: Created a micro-learning experience to quickly identify important factors on how to brew a cup of loose leaf tea, including, but not limited to, what 'loose tea' means, and the importance of water temperature.

Challenge: The founder was spending a lot of time with new employees, volunteers, and potential partners discussing the mission and aims of the organization. Even with an updated website those interested still asked similar questions. Challenge was to shorten the time spent discussing the aims and values of the organization so the founder could use that time to work on other tasks.
Solution: Create a course that could be shared with new employees, volunteers, and potential partners introducing the organization's mission, aims, and values. Furthermore, the course needed to summarize key features of three of their programs to test their overall understanding.
